April Summary 1. Get every upline, downline, and crossline Brand Partner into the Spring Forward Biz Challenge group so we can focus together on sharing health and hope with others through events. You have to get serious about asking people to share! It won't just happen. You have to share the business, share what you love, and see the needs people have for income and community. You cannot just post and hope people say yes. 2. Network with people. Meet needs and create value. Educate and support your Customers and Brand Partners. 3. Teach the Lymph Flush (or any other) class at least three times, inviting, inviting, inviting to each one! 4. Share your Abundance Oil and other products on socials to create conversations. 5. Print a Weekly Accountability Tracker and keep promises to yourself about moving your business forward. 6. Find someone to run with and stay accountable for doing these tasks.
Plan Your Events See the Class and Event attached related resources for all the tips you need! We have so many full classes in a box, finished and done for you experiences, in the app. You can teach the bundles, topics, anything at all. We have handbooks that are perfect for creating make n takes or more hands-on experience events. We have resources on how to teach them online and in person. The work is done. The magic is YOU.
Use Your Resources One of the greatest ways you can simplify your business is to utilize the resources in your app. Someone has a question, look up the answer and send a link. Need to learn about something new, look it up. Overwhelmed by the business? Look it up. I promise there is so much there right at your fingertips. Make it a habit to search the app first and try multiple ways of searching. There is so much more than your newsfeed.
Week One: April 1-6 Need to To Know: 1. Your tracker is your BFF. Hands down, those who track and work on getting those numbers in each column higher consistently see growth in their businesses. 2. You have to be networking with people in order to have anyone to invite to events. Host community events to build your network. It doesn't have to be classes! 3. Sharing your products needs to be done as a lifestyle, not a graphic thrown up in a place where you're not providing value to others. 4. Utilize your resources to learn and grow and share.

Send the Newsletter How you choose to communicate information like the newsletter or our communication bundles will greatly depend on the size of your team. While a Star may simply want to text the newsletter through his Contacts tab in the app, a Gold will want an email list making it simple to communicate with her team as a whole. Communicate with your upline and downline, divide and conquer the load for ongoing communication! Check out the related resources for all of your options. The Sharing the April Drop Newsletter resource will go live on the 1st and have the Mailchimp template. It cannot go live before that date due to gift with purchase and promo information.
Sharing Oils Every Day See attached Sharing Oils resource Create conversations this month with people by using your oils! In May and June we will have a challenge centered around the Premium Starter Bundle, mental health, and reducing stress. If you share this month consistently, you will have far more people interested in joining you next month to learn how to use their oils! This is your chance to start enrolling with oil bundles when you will have the perfect follow up and duplication handed to you on a silver platter the following two months!
Invite People to Your Next Class We need to spend the majority of our time around classes focused on inviting. We can have the most amazing class, but if no one comes then we won't have new members. Stay consistent in your inviting. Make it personal, and check out the resources linked below. If you dream of those full, fun groups, that involves lots and lots of inviting and meeting new people! Make sure you are asking your customers who love their products if they want to host a class! Use the How to Teach a Class guide to help them in setting up, inviting, and helping others. We'll be teaching so much about this in our Spring Forward Biz Challenge.
Welcome New Customers Use the Welcome Packet resources linked to welcome your team's new customers through message, text, email, mailing, or Project Broadcast! Our resources make it simple!
Red is Rude You have your entire downline listed in your app contacts, but make sure that you turn tasks on for anyone you want to be receiving reminders for. You can see each group by clicking the filter at the top of your contacts page and choosing "My Downline" or "My Supported Contacts." The green, yellow, or red buttons help you to see who you haven't chatted with in a while! Our daily tips in the newsfeed and tasks will give you some great ideas for reaching out to them.
Check in and Cheer Talk to your Brand Partners and help each other evaluate and learn from last month. What worked? What didn't? What can you focus on this month that will help you to grow? How can you help THEM to enroll someone? Cheer on any growth you saw last month! Mindset, commitment, getting out of their comfort zone, events, enrollments, involvement. Recognition is free fuel for your business!
Track with your Weekly Tracker and Join a WAM Look in the app for all you need to know about WAM meetings. Join one, start one, track your progress each week. We can visibly see the stats supporting this as our number one contributor to growth.
Week Two: April 7-13 Need to To Know: 1. Adding Prospects to your App Contacts will remind you to follow up 2. Make a note each time you connect with someone in your app to turn them green and keep track of your connections. 3. Keep tracking. Stay accountable. Consistency is EVERYTHING. 4. You can learn so much on every topic by watching Zooms in the app!

Check in with Loyalty Customers As a pro app user you will get notifications about anyone you have added as a contact who has a Loyalty Rewards order coming up. Check in with them! See if they have any questions or want any product recommendations. If they do, simply find a resource in the app to share with them. People love it when we offer them help!
Share Your Products and Business with Others Explore the app. Research your favorite products in the app. Listen to some zooms on topics you are interested in. Try new products in your loyalty rewards order! The goal of this knowledge is not to pour it out like a firehose on others but to use it to affirm your own beliefs about the product and build your own stories. Then take what you learn and tell someone your experience with it! When sharing with others, always choose simplicity and stories. Make sure you're doing this with both the business and the products!
Customer Tips Whether you check in individually, send a weekly email, text through Project Broadcast, or send up a smoke signal, it's so important to show our Customers that we want to help and give, not just ask for another sale! Check for Weekly Tip Communication Bundles coming soon!
Week Three: April 14-20 Need to To Know: 1. Keep sharing oils for more engagement 2. Look over the Stress Solution and Essential Oils 101 class information when it's released on the 15th and familiarize yourself with all of the resources. 3. Don't stop tracking. You're doing great!

Share those Products! As you're sharing your oils this week, begin adding in chatter about how simple it is to develop habits together when you join our challenges! Talk about stress and the pain points we're all feeling, and how much oils have helped you and others. Make sure you have all of your needed products stocked and on hand!
